The CoPE PROM and its toolkit is meant for use by (1) surgical clinics, (2) researchers interested in UVFP epidemiology and treatment, and (3) testing a drug, medical intervention, or other potential for-profit use.

This toolkit contains the CoPE PROM and instructions on how to use, score and interpret its results.
How should these tools be used?
Clinicians should use this toolkit to:
- Understand the benefits to using the CoPE PROM in their clinic
- Become familiar with the measure and how it is administered
- Understand how to access patient results and how to interpret their score
- Understand what this PRO measure can and cannot tell them about their patients’ health and treatment outcomes
Researchers should use this toolkit to:
- Understand how the CoPE PROM is meant to be used in a clinical setting
- Understand what longitudinal individual and population level CoPE PROM data indicates about UVFP epidemiology
- Help prepare to use the CoPE PROM as a primary endpoint in a clinical trial
Those interested in for-profit use should use this toolkit to:
- Discuss its potential use in industry clinical trials, device manufacturing, or other for-profit industry use of the tool
