Madison is a beautiful mid-size city located on an isthmus. Surrounded by four lakes and many parks, the city is a perfect blend of city and green space. There are a ton of opportunities for both young professionals and families including museums, concerts, and an exceptional food scene. With all these perks, Madison is still more inexpensive than other midwestern cities such as Chicago and Minneapolis (explore more about Madison here)
