What should be submitted?
An abstract containing a concise summary of original basic science, translational, clinical, education, or health services research.
All submitted abstracts will be judged by abstract reviewers. The top 8 abstracts will be given an option for oral presentation during the Research Summit, and all other submitted abstracts will be accepted for poster presentation. We will contact you via email in early-December 2024 to let you know if your abstract has been selected for an oral presentation.
If you are selected for and accept an oral presentation, you will not need to assemble a poster for your abstract.
Please note your abstract submission will be included in the Program Book, unless you request that it not be included when completing your submission form.
All abstracts MUST follow the specifications below. Abstracts submitted without following this formatting are subject to not be included in the program book.
Assigned judges will vote on the best submissions during the Research Summit in a number of categories. The winners will receive a monetary award.
Abstract Specifications
- All abstracts must be submitted using this Qualtrics form
- Structure: Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusions
- Length: 400 words + 1 optional table or figure
